Job Description
City Medicals is seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Management Trainee – Finance to join its finance team. The trainee will undergo structured on-the-job training while supporting key financial operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities across the organization. This role is designed to equip fresh graduates with practical finance skills, leadership exposure, and professional development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Duty Station. Kololo, supporting other branches & subsidiaries
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support daily finance and accounting operations across branches and subsidiaries
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and reconciliations
- Participate in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and financial discipline
- Contribute to financial data analysis and insights to support management decisions
- Participate in learning rotations, mentorship programs, and capacity-building activities
- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by supervisors
