Value chain study in Uganda in a humanitarian setting: to estimate the level of quantitative post-harvest losses and nutrient flow through selected crop value chains.
Storage studies in Uganda: to estimate the level of nutritional changes in quality affected by environmental factors, insect infestation.
Review conceptual framework on qualitative analysis of crises.
Interviews to collect data on volume of crops, post-harvest losses and food composition of selected commodities.
