Job Description
Paint & Sip Uganda is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations and drive the continued growth of a creative and entertainment brand. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all activities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and team development.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, revenue performance, and cost control.
- Support marketing, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
