Jibu is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the store—overseeing daily sales activities, managing customer relationships, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a welcoming, clean store environment. Your contribution will directly impact the visibility of the Jibu brand, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance.

Customer Service & Sales Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers
Coordinate and process in-store sales using the online Point of Sale (POS) system
Engage customers to gather feedback and strengthen relationships
Create a positive customer experience that reflects the Jibu brand values
Store Operations & Inventory
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed
Work closely with the store team to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
Brand Representation & Outreach
Promote the Jibu brand within the store’s territory
Support initiatives that increase brand visibility and customer engagement
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in sales, retail, or front desk operations is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory tracking
Well-organized, proactive, and customer-focused
A team player with attention to detail and a passion for service
