Job Description
The Front Desk Officer will play a critical role in creating a professional and welcoming environment at the company’s reception area. This position involves handling phone calls, managing visitors, maintaining office supplies, and performing basic administrative duties. The successful candidate must be organized, computer literate, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

How to Apply
Receive and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Monitor and manage front office supplies and equipment.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Qualifications:
Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant field.
Experience:
Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an added advantage.
Competencies:
Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Must reside in or around Woji, Port Harcourt.
