Welcoming, greeting and directing guests to respective office
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Act as an information source to residents, staff and visitors.
Notify the General Manager of any damages around the Premises.
Check, sort and forward emails
Keep updated records and files
Prepare & Submit any reports as assigned by the line Supervisor
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualification:
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Related field
Experience:
1 year with a reputable Organization
Competence & skills required:
Strong communication and people skills
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Computer Skills (PPt, Excel and MS Word)
Flexible to take on other roles as may be assigned
Phone Etiquette
