Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Process and manage freight bookings and cargo consignments
- Prepare and verify all freight documentation including waybills, manifests, and delivery notes
- Liaise with customers on freight status, rates, and service information
- Coordinate with operations and depot teams to ensure timely cargo handling
- Monitor cargo movement and update tracking systems
- Handle customer complaints and queries related to freight services
