Job Description
We are looking for talented, driven proffessionals to join out growing team and support the growth of our business
To oversee showroom operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff performance to support business growth and enhance the customer experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom/floor operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Manage and support sales staff on the floor
- Monitor product displays and ensure proper organization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Track sales performance and support business targets
