How to Apply
Available Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Fitters
Key Duties:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Measure, cut, and assemble metal components accurately.
Fit parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
Ensure all assemblies are aligned and meet quality standards.
2. Welders
Key Duties:
Perform welding operations (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.) on various metals.
Follow safety and welding procedures accurately.
Inspect and test welds to ensure structural soundness.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
3. Grinders
Key Duties:
Grind, smooth, and polish metal surfaces to desired finish.
Remove excess material, weld splatter, and burrs.
Operate grinders and other finishing tools safely and efficiently.
Prepare surfaces for painting or final assembly.
4. Painters
Key Duties:
Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or blasting.
Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings using appropriate techniques (spray, brush, roller).
Ensure proper drying and curing times.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the paint booth.
General Requirements for All Roles:
Relevant vocational training or certification in your trade.
Proven experience in industrial or structural fabrication.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures.
