Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Assistant to provide daily financial administration and support to the Finance Manager. The role includes capturing transactions, reconciliations, managing forex documentation, and assisting with audit preparation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Capture daily transactions for all bank accounts, including foreign accounts.
Prepare monthly reconciliations of inter-company loans.
Provide administrative and reporting support to the Financial Manager.
Handle forex accounts and maintain supporting documentation.
Assist with preparing annual financial audit files.
Manage ad-hoc financial reporting and requests.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
B Degree in Accounting/Finance OR 3-Year Finance Diploma.
2–3 years’ relevant financial experience.
Proficiency in financial reconciliations and administration.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Advantageous: Experience in a transport or logistics environment.
