Job Description
The job holder will be responsible for overseeing daily transactions (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations) and carrying out the effective implementation of the HUB strategy, including HUB reporting and the reconciliation of financial data provided by the HUBs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
- Manage and supervise the accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, payroll, tax, supplier and customer management
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Manage regular audits and K+S reporting
- Establish a reporting system for the HUBs in collaboration with the Head of Finance
- Monitor the performance of the HUBs
- Organise financial data into usable information and maintain updated records
- Adherence to accounting policies (IFRS) and procedures, aligned with the company’s targets
- Assist with regulatory reporting as applicable
