How to Apply
Business Partnering & Analysis
Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to provide financial insights on costs, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics costs to identify key cost drivers and variances.
Support cost optimization, efficiency, and productivity initiatives across all supply chain functions.
Translate operational data into financial insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Financial Planning & Reporting
Prepare, review, and present monthly management reports for supply-related costs (COGS, freight, warehousing, material variances, etc.).
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for supply chain cost centers.
Track and analyze performance against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), highlighting risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
Provide financial commentary and actionable insights to senior management.
Cost Control & Governance
Monitor procurement savings, vendor contracts, and supply-side investments to ensure ROI and cost discipline.
Oversee accurate allocation of overheads, standard costing, and cost absorption in ERP systems.
Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Ensure transparency and consistency in cost reporting and control mechanisms.
Working Capital & Cash Flow
Monitor and optimize inventory levels, payables, and receivables linked to supply chain activities.
Partner with operations to improve working capital efficiency and cash conversion cycles.
Drive initiatives that strengthen liquidity and overall cash flow performance.
Strategic Projects
Provide financial evaluation and support for capex and business cases involving new plants, warehouses, automation, and other strategic initiatives.
Support strategic sourcing, make-or-buy analyses, and supply footprint optimization.
Develop and maintain financial models to assess long-term investments, risks, and profitability scenarios.
Contribute to transformation projects aimed at enhancing end-to-end supply chain value creation.
Strong financial analysis, costing, and budgeting expertise.
Deep understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing).
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization.
Excellent business partnering, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving acumen.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, cost management, or supply chain finance roles.
