Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting process for the management company
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts, dashboards and variance analysis
- Analyse fund-level and product-level profitability, fee models and cost allocations
- Implement cost controls and track cost drivers and procurement spend
- Review investment management fees, performance fees and fund expenses
- Partner with Investment/Operations teams on investment-related transactions and valuation inputs
- Support preparation of financial statements and provide audit support
- Support timely preparation/review of tax computations and statutory filings (PAYE, WHT, Income Tax, NSSF)
- Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, banks, consultants and regulators
