Job Description
Job Title: Finance & Sales Team Lead
Organisation: Adroit Solutions Limited
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Finance & Sales, located in Kampala. The Team Lead Finance & Sales will be responsible for overseeing financial management, preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, manage budgeting, and ensuring accurate accounting.
Additionally, the role involves leading the sales teams to exceed targets, foster strong client relations, analyzing sales data, developing sales strategies, and leading the finance and sales team to achieve organizational goals.
The Team Lead also oversees daily administrative operations including human resource, staff welfare, office maintenance, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
The Team Lead will collaborate closely with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth fostering a positive team culture, offering guidance and professional development.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (office) is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Kampala
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus
