Job Description
The Finance & Internal Control Officer will be responsible for financial management, inventory verification, payroll verification support, internal control processes, and compliance monitoring to ensure the company operates efficiently and securely. The role involves maintaining accurate accounting records and coordinating with departments to investigate discrepancies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and daily bookkeeping;
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports;
- Monitor company expenses and cash flow.
- Conduct stocktaking and inventory verification;
- Monitor inventory movement and supply chain records;
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales departments to investigate inventory discrepancies;
