East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP)

Job Description

The Field Operations Intern will support the coordination and execution of field activities by assisting in planning, communication, and administrative tasks. This role provides practical exposure to project operations within a large-scale infrastructure project environment.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and organization of field activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with site shift planning, including preparation of schedules and backup plans
  • Maintain and regularly update communication files, contact lists, and distribution lists
  • Support the organization of meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation (minutes, action trackers)
  • Prepare and update the “Who is Who” directory and phone number lists for field teams
  • Assist in tracking routine operational activities and reporting updates as required
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Field Operations team
