Job Description
Execute recipient surveys and field activities to facilitate GiveDirectly’s cash transfer model in Kaliro District.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct barazas to explain program to villages and eligible households
- Coordinate with team members to visit every household in assigned villages
- Complete census and registration surveys with accurate data using digital tools
- Provide cell phones to recipients and ensure they are ready to access transfers
- Identify and eliminate ineligible households from the program
- Conduct follow-up surveys to confirm transfer receipt and collect data
- Manage the hotline for recipient questions and resolve registration problems
- Identify, report, and escalate adverse events such as intra-household conflict or bribes
