Job Description
Best Service Raya is seeking a Field Force Personnel to support aftersales and service operations. The successful candidate will visit dealers and partners to coordinate device activities and maintain strong business relationships. This role involves promoting company services and providing market feedback to management.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, partners, and customers to support aftersales and service operations.
- Coordinate device pickup and delivery activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Promote company repair and aftersales services in the market.
- Follow up on pending cases, customer complaints, and escalations.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities.
- Support achievement of SLA, TAT, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
