Job Description
As part of our rapid expansion, we are recruiting ambitious, energetic, and goal-oriented Field Consultants/ Marketing Officers to aggressively drive school onboarding and brand visibility nationwide. This is Not a desk job It is a frontline sales and marketing role for individuals who can confidently engage school administrators, pitch value, close opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote Florius UGS services to schools and education institutions
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and direct engagement with decision-makers.
- Onboard new schools onto the Florius UGS platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school owners and administrators.
- Meet set marketing and onboarding targets.
- Represent Florius UGS at school events, education forums, and outreach programs.
- Collect market intelligence and submit regular field performance reports.
