• Identify and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on Kray Microfinance products and services.
• Ensure accurate and complete account opening documentation.

B. Savings Mobilisation

• Mobilise regular customer deposits (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Promote a strong savings culture among customers.
• Follow up on deposit commitments and reactivate inactive accounts.

C. Investment Mobilisation

• Market and explain Kray Microfinance investment products to eligible customers.
• Convert savers into active investment customers.
• Support customers through the investment onboarding process.

D. Territory Management & Discipline

• Operate strictly within the assigned gazetted territory.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of businesses, households, and groups within the area.
• Maintain consistent visibility and presence in the territory.

E. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain trust-based, long-term customer relationships.
• Provide basic after-sales support and follow-up services.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

F. Collections Support

• Follow up with customers on agreed savings, investment, or repayment commitments.
• Support branch collections activities as directed.
• Ensure proper documentation, receipts, and confirmations for all collections.

G. Daily Field Reporting

• Prepare and submit accurate daily field activity reports, including:
• Areas covered
• Accounts opened
• Deposits mobilised
• Investments mobilised
• Participate in weekly performance review meetings.
