Job Description
Microfinance Nansana is looking for ten Field Agents to engage clients, promote financial products, and expand the institution’s outreach.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and promote microfinance products and services.
- Collect loan applications and perform follow-ups with clients.
- Assist clients in understanding loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Report regularly to the branch management on field activities and performance.
