Microfinance Nansana is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the operations of the branch, manage staff, and ensure the branch achieves its financial and operational goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all branch operations efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and mentor branch staff, including cashiers and field agents.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor loan portfolios, collections, and daily branch performance.
- Develop strategies to grow the branch and improve customer satisfaction.
