Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise Plantation Growth Supervisors and ensure effective oversight
- Conduct structured monthly performance reviews and coaching
- Oversee implementation of silvicultural and survival strategies
- Ensure survival check schedules are implemented and data quality verified
- Support farmer training and community sensitization on fire prevention
- Review and validate weekly reports from supervisors
- Conduct due diligence on new expansion areas
- Enforce environmental, safety and forestry regulations
