Job Summary:
Our client in a dynamic and fast‑growing bottling operation is seeking a Factory Operations Manager to lead production activities, ensure consistent output, and drive operational excellence across the plant. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced FMCG environments and can balance efficiency, quality, and team performance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily factory operations to achieve production targets.
Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Monitor resource utilization, minimize waste, and optimize machine performance.
Lead and motivate production staff, fostering accountability and teamwork.
Prepare daily production reports and KPI dashboards for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Food Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG or beverage production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Hands‑on experience with PET preforms and blowing machines is a must.
Strong knowledge of bottling machinery and production planning tools.
Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
