Job Description
The Facility Manager oversees building infrastructure (plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related systems), vendor and staff performance, preventive maintenance programs, budgets, space utilization, security protocols, and regulatory compliance. The role responds to tenant issues and emergencies, manages repairs and renovations, tracks KPIs and costs, prepares regular operational and financial reports, and liaises with government agencies, contractors, and other external stakeholders. The Manager leads Mshel’s Facility Management unit to maintain high standards and a seamless experience for occupants across multiple sites.

How to Apply
Oversee maintenance and repair of all building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; maintain security systems and protocols.
Hire/supervise on-site staff, vendors, and service providers; enforce SLAs and quality standards.
Manage facility budgets; allocate resources for repairs, maintenance, and renovations; track costs and KPIs.
Coordinate space management and optimize facility utilization.
Respond promptly to tenant complaints and facility emergencies.
Prepare and present periodic operations, maintenance, and budget reports.
Liaise with contractors, regulators, utilities, and other external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management or related field (Master’s an advantage).
8+ years’ experience in facility/property management (real estate or construction preferred).
Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, HSE compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and facility management software.
Leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and cost control skills.
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and time/project management; attention to detail; proactive mindset.
Ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities simultaneously.
