Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, the Exploration Geologist will play a critical role in generating and assessing exploration targets using geoscientific tools and methodologies. The position requires leading geological field teams, managing sampling and drilling operations, interpreting geological data, and producing technical reports. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work in remote and challenging environments and contribute to the successful discovery and evaluation of economically viable mineral deposits. Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

How to Apply
Use geological, remote sensing, and geophysical data to identify exploration targets.
Manage and lead field operations, including mapping, soil sampling, trenching, and drilling.
Analyze geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to assess target viability.
Supervise drilling activities ensuring compliance with safety and data protocols.
Prepare detailed exploration reports, progress summaries, and target assessments.
Engage internal and external stakeholders on exploration activities and findings.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Geology, Mineral Exploration, Geosciences, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Mineral Exploration or Geoscience is an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in mineral exploration geology.
Proven track record in successful target generation and mineral discovery.
Proficient in geological mapping, sampling, and exploration drilling operations.
Knowledge and experience with software such as Datamine, ArcGIS, Geosoft, and Leapfrog.
Willingness to work in remote and demanding environments.
Strong leadership skills for managing field teams.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting exploration data.
Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
Experience in exploration planning and execution.
Age Requirement: 25–35 years
