Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for generating new revenue streams by sourcing and qualifying enterprise prospects (200+ white-collar employees), managing a strong sales pipeline, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting. Responsibilities include building executive-level relationships, developing account plans, executing strategic outreach campaigns, and collaborating with brokers and consultants to expand IWG’s market presence. The Enterprise Sales Manager will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver tailored workplace solutions, track performance metrics, and provide market insights to improve go-to-market effectiveness. This position requires exceptional commercial acumen, B2B sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across sectors and geographies

  • Execute direct outreach, events, and referral strategies to source leads

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase wallet share

  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to understand business needs

  • Partner with brokers, consultants, and real estate advisors to generate leads

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery

  • Track and report pipeline progress, forecasts, and sales performance

  • Gather and share client insights to support product and market strategy

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Academic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Experience

  • Proven record in B2B sales, business development, and solution selling

  • Experience managing long-cycle, complex enterprise deals

  • Experience working with C-suite executives and decision-makers

  • Background in commercial real estate, enterprise services, or flexible workspace (an advantage)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative sales and pipeline management skills

  • Excellent negotiation and contract structuring skills

  • High commercial awareness and goal-orientation

  • Ability to operate in matrixed, global teams

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
