Job Description
The role holder will be responsible for generating new revenue streams by sourcing and qualifying enterprise prospects (200+ white-collar employees), managing a strong sales pipeline, and leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contracting. Responsibilities include building executive-level relationships, developing account plans, executing strategic outreach campaigns, and collaborating with brokers and consultants to expand IWG’s market presence. The Enterprise Sales Manager will also work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver tailored workplace solutions, track performance metrics, and provide market insights to improve go-to-market effectiveness. This position requires exceptional commercial acumen, B2B sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and convert new enterprise clients
Build and manage a healthy pipeline across sectors and geographies
Execute direct outreach, events, and referral strategies to source leads
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase wallet share
Build and maintain senior-level client relationships to understand business needs
Partner with brokers, consultants, and real estate advisors to generate leads
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
Track and report pipeline progress, forecasts, and sales performance
Gather and share client insights to support product and market strategy
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Experience
Proven record in B2B sales, business development, and solution selling
Experience managing long-cycle, complex enterprise deals
Experience working with C-suite executives and decision-makers
Background in commercial real estate, enterprise services, or flexible workspace (an advantage)
Skills & Competencies
Strong consultative sales and pipeline management skills
Excellent negotiation and contract structuring skills
High commercial awareness and goal-orientation
Ability to operate in matrixed, global teams
Proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
