Job Description

The role executes an enterprise acquisition and retention strategy for a defined sector, maintaining an active field cadence (daily corporate visits) to pitch and close Airtel’s corporate products (e.g., E1 PRI, Data Centre Services, Smart Advertising). It builds Airtel presence within target organizations, runs product presentations, structures sponsorship/visibility collaborations, and drives cross-sell/upsell. The manager develops account plans aligned to SLAs, maintains a complete sector database and weekly Top-20 KPI dashboard, tracks competitor offers (e.g., CUG packages) and proposes countermeasures. They coordinate with internal support teams to resolve customer issues promptly, file weekly/monthly activity and billing reports, follow up on bill delivery and collections, and lead revenue-assurance actions to reduce debt and churn (including timely escalations on price/service quality).

How to Apply

  • Implement sector acquisition & retention plans; maintain strong account relationships.

  • Conduct a minimum of 5 corporate visits per day (25/week; 100/month).

  • Create Airtel presence and run tailored product presentations across target companies.

  • Drive sales/activation of enterprise products (E1 PRI, Data Centre Services, Smart Advertising) and expand usage via upsell/cross-sell.

  • Prepare and execute account development plans aligned with signed SLAs.

  • Maintain a current database of all corporate customers; update weekly Top-20 account KPI dashboard.

  • Monitor competitor activity (e.g., CUG packages, promos) and recommend counter-initiatives.

  • Own day-to-day resolution of customer enquiries; liaise with support teams for timely closure.

  • Submit weekly activity, pipeline and collections reports; ensure bill delivery and prompt payments.

  • Lead revenue assurance within sector: encourage on-time bill settlement, cut churn, escalate price/service quality risks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.

  • 6–8 years managing key accounts; telecoms experience required.

  • Strong product knowledge and ability to sell value; proven relationship management.

  • Excellent presentation, analytical thinking and MS Office proficiency.

  • Behavioural: results-driven, customer-centric, team player, strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, goal-oriented and aligned to company values.
