Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering basic patient care in line with nursing regulations and professional standards. This includes assisting with clinical duties, observing patients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a therapeutic and safe environment for patients. The Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary will work under the supervision of professional nurses and collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and manage risks, contribute to patient satisfaction, and ensure effective use of medical resources and stock. The role also involves participation in training and continuous professional development activities.

How to Apply
Deliver basic nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Observe, monitor, and report patient conditions and risks to ensure safety.
Contribute to a positive patient experience by assisting in creating a therapeutic care environment.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing intervention records.
Assist in infection prevention and control practices.
Participate in staff learning and competence-building initiatives.
Ensure accurate charting of utilised stock and equipment.
Essential Education: Higher Certificate in Nursing (or equivalent).
Desired Education: Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses in relevant speciality areas.
Essential Experience: None required.
Desired Experience: 1 year of post-qualification nursing experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Basic Life Support.
Infection prevention and control.
Patient observation skills.
Knowledge of nursing procedures and processes.
Understanding of relevant nursing legislation and Scope of Practice regulations.
Risk identification and management.
Scientific nursing process.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
