Job Description
The successful candidate will deliver basic patient care under supervision and in accordance with nursing regulations. Key responsibilities include assisting with patient care routines, monitoring patients, identifying and reporting risks, and maintaining accurate documentation of nursing interventions. The Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary will contribute to creating a therapeutic environment, support infection prevention practices, and ensure accurate management of medical stock and equipment. Additionally, the role includes participation in professional development and learning activities to build competence and improve quality care delivery.

How to Apply
Provide basic nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Identify, prevent, and report risks to ensure patient safety.
Support a positive patient experience by helping create a therapeutic environment.
Maintain accurate records of all nursing interventions.
Ensure proper use and recording of stock and equipment.
Participate in staff development and learning activities.
Adhere to infection prevention and control standards.
Essential Education: Higher Certificate in Nursing (or equivalent).
Desired Education: Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses in specialised nursing areas.
Essential Experience: None required.
Desired Experience: 1 year of post-qualification nursing experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Basic Life Support.
Infection prevention and control.
Patient observation skills.
Nursing procedures and scientific nursing process.
Risk identification and management.
Knowledge of nursing legislation and Scope of Practice regulations.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
