Job Description

The Electrician will be responsible for inspecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and systems. They will ensure continuous electrical supply, coordinate with third-party service contractors, and support maintenance through the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The position also involves compliance with electrical safety standards, supporting biomedical equipment maintenance, conducting training (CMEs – Continuing Medical Education), and participating in hospital spiritual activities and departmental meetings. This role requires on-site presence with occasional calls during weekends, nights, and holidays.

How to Apply

Education & Experience

  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role

  • Experience with CMMS software is an added advantage

  • Prior experience in a hospital or clinical environment preferred


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Sound knowledge of electrical systems, including generators and solar power

  • Familiarity with safety procedures and national electrical codes

  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Fluency in English and local languages
