Job Description
The trainee will work under the guidance of senior engineers to install, maintain, and optimize electrical equipment. The role involves ensuring operational safety, preventing breakdowns, and supporting continuous improvement of plant systems.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Support troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Participate in preventive maintenance programs.
Provide technical support to the production team.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Minimum Second Upper).
Graduated within the last 2 years.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems is an added advantage.
