Drivers job at Uganda Coffee Development Authority
Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA)
To drive UCDA vehicles for conveyance of employees and visitors, materials and equipment to their intended destinations, and ensure their safety.
The ideal candidate must have;
Driving assigned vehicles to transport staff, visitors, and goods to various destinations as authorized.
Ensuring that the vehicle is in good mechanical condition and reporting any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensuring that it is always fueled and serviced on time
Keeping accurate records of the vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
Complying with the traffic rules and regulations and the UCDA policies and procedures on vehicle use and management.
Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Minimum of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education
(UACE) or its equivalent,
A certificate in defensive driving is an added advantage.
A certificate in motor vehicle mechanics is an added advantage.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
At least three (3) years' working experience in a similar or related position.
Valid Driving Permit of Classes B and C / C1

Computer literacy.

Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
Self-respect, team building and organizational skills.
Good decision making skills.
Good Analytical and good communication skills.
