• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel, maintenance, and deliveries/pickups.
• Compliance: Ensure all vehicle documents (licenses, insurance, registration) are current.
• Reporting: Promptly report accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues.
