How to Apply

  • Safely transport staff and goods to assigned destinations

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, mechanical integrity, and service schedules

  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report issues promptly

  • Keep accurate vehicle logs (mileage, fuel, destinations, maintenance)

  • Comply with all traffic laws and internal transportation guidelines

  • Assist in loading/offloading agricultural products as needed

  • Support logistics, especially in rural and hard-to-reach areas

  • Valid Ugandan driving permit (Class B, CM, DL or higher)

  • At least 3 years of professional driving experience (NGOs, agribusiness, or logistics sector preferred)

  • Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in West Nile

  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to resolve minor vehicle issues


Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Certification in Defensive Driving

  • Additional language proficiency

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Willingness to travel frequently, including upcountry and possible cross-border trips
