Job Description
Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a reliable, disciplined, and professional Company Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for staff, management, and clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion at all times to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Safely transport company staff, management, and clients to designated locations in a timely and professional manner
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections to ensure the assigned vehicle is roadworthy, clean, and in excellent working condition
- Plan and follow efficient routes, accounting for traffic conditions and scheduled appointments
- Assist with the delivery and pick-up of documents, parcels, or other company materials as directed
- Maintain a detailed logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records
- Ensure the vehicle is fuelled, serviced, and maintained in accordance with the company's vehicle management policy
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times
- Respond promptly to transportation requests from authorised staff and management
- Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authority immediately
- Coordinate with relevant departments to manage scheduling and prioritise transportation needs
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming vehicle environment for all passengers
- Safeguard all passengers and company property during transportation
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when transporting senior management or clients
