Job Description
To drive and carry out operational and preventive maintenance of MHS vehicles.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving the MHS vehicle safely and chauffeuring MHS staff and official visitors to official destinations.
- Regularly cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle.
- Transporting goods to and from the MHS warehouse and making deliveries of the same to clients’ premises/warehouses.
- Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and care of the vehicle.
- Running official errands and assisting with other office activities.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records using the vehicle and fuel log sheets.
- Monitoring and reporting the need for servicing of the vehicle and renewal of the insurance policy.
- Compiling the vehicle logbook correctly.
- Performing any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
