Job Description
ASA Microfinance (U) Ltd is seeking for professional, confident, self-motivated, and committed team players to reinforce its capacity by filling the following vacant positions:
Job Summary: The company driver will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of the of passengers, maintaining the vehicle, and adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Driving the company vehicle(s) on both short & long official journeys.
- Updates the log book of vehicle use on daily basis for proper recording of mileage;
- Collection and delivery of official mails, materials & equipment requisitions as may be directed by office staff;
- Report periodic servicing needs of the vehicle in advance to ensure its proper handling and reporting any faults in/on the vehicle to your supervisor as soon as possible.
- Ensures that the vehicle is clean all the time, etc.
- Ensuring that the vehicle is secure and safe while under your charge including vehicle accessories, and carrying out daily checks, etc.
- Ensure that all immediate actions required by rules and regulations are taken in case of an accident.
- Parking the vehicle every evening in the official parking yard.
- Performing any other related duties, including personal services, as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
