Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support donor stewardship by managing donor data and coordinating personalized donor communications
- Produce impact reports, newsletters, and donor engagement materials
- Conduct prospect research to identify new donor opportunities
- Strengthen engagement with individual, corporate, and institutional donors to enhance retention and acquisition
- Work alongside the Communications Manager to close critical gaps in donor engagement infrastructure
- Handle sensitive donor, financial, and beneficiary information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Maintain meticulous records, reporting, and correspondence with donors
