Job Description
The DMEL Officer will lead the design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities for programs, ensuring evidence-based decision-making and continuous program improvement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DMEL frameworks and tools for all projects.
- Collect, analyze, and report on program data.
- Conduct regular evaluations and learning exercises to improve program effectiveness.
- Support capacity building in monitoring and evaluation for staff and partners.
- Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements.
