Job Description
BlueWave New Energy Technology Nigeria Company Limited is seeking a smart, persuasive, and customer-focused Digital Sales Associate to drive online sales growth. The role involves engaging customers across digital platforms, building trust, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
This role requires someone who is proactive and confident using social media and paid advertising platforms to generate leads and support business growth.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, email, website channels, and other online platforms
- Guide customers through products/services and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs
- Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate product/service information
- Follow up consistently with interested customers and pending leads
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
- Track prospects from first contact to final conversion
- Re-engage inactive or undecided customers using strategic follow-up messages
- Assist in planning, running, and monitoring paid advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
