Job Description
The Driver will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation of staff, clients, and materials while supporting the company's operational goals.
This role requires a reliable and professional individual who can manage schedules, plan optimal routes, and maintain vehicles in excellent condition.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Transport staff, clients, and materials safely, efficiently, and on schedule to designated locations.
- Inspect and maintain vehicles, performing routine checks and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Plan and follow optimal routes, adjusting for traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
- Assist passengers with boarding, loading, and unloading of luggage or materials as required.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents during transportation.
- Coordinate with departments to schedule pickups, deliveries, or special transportation needs.
- Provide courteous and professional service, representing the company positively at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations, ensuring passenger and vehicle safety
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of vehicles for daily operations.
- Support administrative tasks related to transportation, such as updating logs or preparing reports.
