Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair diesel engines on locomotives, marine vessels, and equipment
- Diagnose engine faults and carry out efficient corrective repairs
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in line with manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and job cards for all assigned assets
- Identify and requisition spare parts required for maintenance
- Observe all workshop safety rules and standards at all times
