Job Description
Addoz Consulting Limited is recruiting a Diesel Attendant Officer for a leading transport and haulage company. The role involves the efficient dispensing and monitoring of diesel for company vehicles and equipment while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Dispense diesel to trucks and machinery in line with approved schedules.
- Keep accurate records of fuel issued, including vehicle numbers, driver details, and mileage readings.
- Track and analyze fuel usage to detect inconsistencies or abnormal consumption.
- Ensure safe storage and proper handling of diesel to avoid waste, theft, or contamination.
- Maintain up-to-date fuel logs and submit periodic reports to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with drivers and fleet personnel to ensure seamless fueling operations.
- Enforce adherence to company fuel policies and escalate any misuse or irregularities.
- Participate in routine stock checks and assist in fuel inventory reconciliation.
