Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the Head Nurse in managing daily nursing operations and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical practice across all wards
- Coordinate nursing staff schedules and duty rosters
- Mentor and train junior nurses and nursing assistants
- Monitor and maintain nursing supplies and equipment
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control protocols
