Job Description
As Depot Manager, the incumbent will oversee the financial, operational, and human resource management of the branch. This includes stock management within the VKB Group framework, personnel supervision, customer service excellence, and compliance with policies and relevant legislation. The role requires leadership, innovation, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. The manager will play a central role in driving the branch’s profitability and contributing to VKB’s broader strategic and operational objectives.

Relevant tertiary qualification is an added advantage.
Proven experience in successful management of an agri-business (compulsory).
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
