Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure completeness of data on patient files and registers
- Generate timely, accurate and valid data for MoH and PEPFAR systems
- Update national EMR systems from paper-based records
- Manage and maintain electronic data systems including EMR, DHIS2
- Maintain hardcopy and electronic data files
- Strengthen data utilization at facility level
