Job Description
Tricsoft Technologies Ltd is looking for a highly organised, professional, and customer-focused individual to join its team as a Customer Support & Front Desk Officer. The role serves as the primary interface between the company and its clients, ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth front desk operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Tricsoft Technologies Ltd.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Provide support and guidance to users of the company's software products.
- Follow up on client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Schedule meetings and maintain accurate office records.
- Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams.
- Assist with customer onboarding and product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
