Job Title: Customer Support & Experience Personnel

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: Responsible for providing customer support across multiple channels. The role is a combination of direct customer service, merchant support, and technical administrative assistance.

Customer Onboarding & Training
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Customer Relationship Management
Proactive Customer Engagement
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
Documentation & Process Improvement
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple customer queries and meet response deadlines.
Basic understanding of financial and technology terms is a plus.
Ability to use and troubleshoot basic software tools or apps.
Commitment to providing a positive customer experience and exceeding expectations.
