Job Title: Customer Support & Dispatch Coordinator

Duty Station: Ntinda, Kampala, Uganda
Are you calm under pressure and passionate about customer satisfaction? Delivery App is looking for a Support & Dispatch Coordinator to ensure smooth order processing and happy customers.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Monitor orders in real-time, dispatch deliveries, and communicate with riders.
Respond to customer queries, complaints, and order issues via chat or phone.
Escalate problems quickly and ensure fast resolution.
Keep track of SLAs and ensure operational targets are met.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Experience in customer service or dispatch is a big plus.
Good typing and communication skills.
Organized, responsive, and a problem-solver.
